Designs are in png or jpeg format only, I do not offer any other layered or cut files. These designs are not to be altered or used in any way to create new digital items for sale. If you alter sizes or colors Critter Cup Customs is not responsible for the output print you offer for sale. Designs purchased are only applicable for the business that has purchased them, There is no sharing of the files between business, even if it’s your “sister” business, or a business you are employed by. YOU NEED A LICENSE TO SELL: Printed vinyl, decals, waterslide, dtf, sublimation, stickers, any type of transfer used to finish or decorate an item. Use third party printing, this must mean you MUST be the person printing them.
You are not allowed to sell printed transfers of any design from Critter Cup Customs without holding proper license.
Upload my files to any dump groups.
Share your purchased files with anyone.
Sell any part of my files in digital format.
Alter my files & sell digital art using my files.
PLEASE All mock ups must be watermarked, across the design.
Violation of these terms and conditions can and will result in action taken against you and your business.
LICENSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Commercial License is needed to sell ANY printed format of designs purchased from Critter Cup Customs.
This license is meant to be purchased in conjunction with designs.
The Licenses is a ADD ON allowing you to sell printed transfers.
No design comes with a commercial license for printing .
Commercial Licensing is only valid for all design work I offer. Failing to purchase this license may also result in the revocation of all commercial rights to any previously purchased designs without a refund. If you are not following the terms and conditions, you may be banned from using and purchasing any and all designs past and future. If proof of licensing is asked for, and you are not able to provide it, I have the right to revoke commercial rights, refuse service/sales to you, and take any other proper actions needed against you and your business
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of these being digital products, I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Mistakes can be made; if anything is found please do not hesitate with reaching out, and I will get it taken care.
