To order this itemyou must have a business card file to upload for approval or a design already on file with us. Once we have approved the design and continue to process and print the order no changes can be made. SO PLEASE make sure all spelling is correct. You chose the preferred card stock and corner cut. Due to these be custom printed there are no exchanges, returns or refunds.

Please make sure all personalization information is provided and correct. I will provide a proof typically within 24 hours. Watch your email address and/or Etsy messages for your proof. You will have 3 business days to approve proofs. If the proofs have not been approved within the 3 business days, I will process as the order was placed.

I process orders on Mon-Fri with the exception of holidays. I try to process all orders within 36 business days from time of purchase. If your order requires proofing, and I am awaiting your approval this may delay this time.
